On September 24 and 25, 2025, the Sparkassen-Arena Jena opened its doors for this year’s W3+ Fair. More than 250 exhibitors, partners, sponsors, and speakers transformed the venue into a vibrant hub of innovation and exchange.

The fair once again proved to be a unique meeting point for representatives from politics, business, and academia. Alongside the exhibition floor, the en-tech.talks inspired visitors with thought-provoking presentations on two stages, covering topics ranging from artificial intelligence and biophotonics to robotics and advanced manufacturing.

Special areas, including the Start-up Area, matchmaking events, and dedicated showcases for university research, offered additional opportunities to discover fresh ideas and foster collaboration. For our group, the W3+ Fair was a valuable opportunity to stay up to date with the latest developments, strengthen connections between research and industry, and engage directly with developers and manufacturers.

The atmosphere was marked by curiosity, exchange, and enthusiasm for what is already possible today and what lies ahead tomorrow. With its diverse program and international scope, the W3+ Fair Jena 2025 once again highlighted the city’s role as a thriving hub for optics, photonics, and high-tech innovation.
