After four intense months, we bid farewell to our colleague Alberto, who is now returning to his home country of Italy. With his calm and level-headed nature, he was a valuable asset to our working group—both professionally and personally.

As part of his master’s thesis, Alberto devoted himself with great commitment to optical design and beam simulations, providing important impetus for our research.

We would like to thank him sincerely for his work and the pleasant collaboration. We wish him all the best for his future – and look forward to welcoming him back anytime should his path lead him to us again.
